The Portals series presents a way of framing a thought, capturing a fleeting observation, as colors and shapes. These pieces are not interconnected. Each one is its own isolation of an idea, an opening, a prompt for further meditation. Colors were chosen for their feeling of correctness, of connection to the world of each idea, or by the moods their contrasts and harmonies provide.
